Kourawhero has flexible conference facilities and packages to match your requirements.

Conference facilities are available in the main Lodge and in The Barn to cater for up to 150 conference guests.

Main Bedroom

The Meeting Room

The meeting room can cater for up to 30 delegates in a variety of room settings. The room has Internet access, AV projector and screen, white-board and a refreshment area. The meeting room also features one wall which can be opened up into the main courtyard.

Business Centre

Between the Meeting Room and Board room is a shared Business Centre that can be used for delegate greeting and registration and as a shared refreshment area.

The Board Room

The board room is well suited to small groups of up to 10 people and can also be used as a break-out room from the main meeting room. There is Internet access, a projector and screen and white-board available.

The Barn

The Barn is a separate events building to the main lodge, With seating for up to 100 people, this flexible meeting space can be easily configured to meet your conference requirements. Lear more about The Barn

Conference Packages

We can provide conference and accommodation packages for up to 36 guests and can also arrange catering, team-building activities and transport to and from the estate.
